Residence Capraggia

Residence Capraggia boasts a strategic position, 200 mt. from the sea. Nearby you can rent inflatables at the many piers on the seafront of La Conia and Cannigione and there is a bike path that leads to the center of Cannigione. The port and airport of Olbia are 30' drive.

The recently renovated Residence Capraggia (2018) includes 3 villas finished in detail. They have a size of about 50 square meters. The Villas are of different types and consist of two bedrooms, with wardrobe; living room with kitchenette, table and chairs; a bathroom with shower and bidet. The living room and the double bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. The second room can have single or bunk beds, in some cottages there is a sofa bed for two people.

Each cottage, with private entrance, has a veranda overlooking a lovely garden of about 110 sqm. with barbecue. The veranda is furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the cool during meals, also available two sunbeds and an outdoor shower.

In each cottage there is also a closet with washing machine and drying rack.

The bedrooms are elegantly furnished and pastel colours reminiscent of the Sardinian style, guarantee "sweet dreams" thanks to the presence of nets, mattresses, toppers and pillows produced by Simmons, a company at the forefront in this sector, known by the best 5-star luxury hotels.

Mattresses and pillows have been chosen in hypoallergenic, breathable, anti-mite and fireproof material.

Also for the kitchenette, the Residence Capraggia has focused on practicality, elegance and safety with a modern induction hob equipped with specific pots for a quick and uniform cooking.

The kitchen is also equipped with LG Smart Microwave Oven inverter with Quartz Grill, automatic programs, 5 adjustable power levels. Heat, thaw and cook food, saving time and energy thanks to power control, for real chef results!

Kitchen linen, as well as bed linen and towels for bath and shower, are included.
