RATES

 

  • Prices include: VAT and water consumption.
  • Electricity:
    • Cost: € 0,35 per KW/h.
    • Calculation: based on actual consumption.
    • Payment: in cash on departure, after reading the meter, directly to the agency in site.

PAYMENT METHODS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Standard rate:

  • Deposit: 30% of the total, non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  • Credit card: required to guarantee all services.
  • Balance: within 30 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation:
    • Within 30 days of arrival: 30% withheld.
    • Less than 30 days from arrival: withheld the full amount.

Prepaid rate:

  • Payment: the full amount at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation policy: non-refundable.

Note: The confirmation of the reservation or the payment of the deposit/balance makes the contract binding. We recommend a personal insurance policy to cover any penalties.

DEPOSIT

  • For each villa: € 500.
  • Payment: Bank transfer or cash.
  • Refund: at the end of your stay, after checking the condition of the accommodation.
  • Waste cleaning:
    • For each villa: 50% of the security deposit will be withheld in case of failure to remove waste.

MANDATORY FINAL CLEANING

  • For each villa: € 150.

CITY TAX:

  • Cost: € 2 per person per night (max 7 nights).
  • Exemptions: children up to 12 years.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES:

  • Bank transfer.
  • Credit card.
  • Cash (up to the maximum limit allowed by law).

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

  • Check-in: from 15.00.
  • Check-out: before 10.00.
  • Early check-in/late check-out:
    • Availability and costs confirmed only 48 hours before arrival/ departure, according to the availability of the cottage.

SEPARATE COLLECTION:

  • Customer responsibility: dispose of waste according to the collection schedule.
  • Alternative eco-pitch: located in Via Livorno, Cannigione (contacts and times indicated on the collection table).
  • Return of the accommodation:
    • 50% of the deposit if not free from waste.

  • Included in the first week: bed linen and towels.
  • Subsequent changes: agree with the agency staff.
  • Additional linen tariff:
    • Complete double set: € 35.
    • Complete single set: € 25.

  • Note: the sets include both bed linen and bath linen and are not separable.

 

TABLEWARE

  • Provide pots and pans proportionate to the maximum number of guests in the unit.
