In the months of July and August, stays with arrivals/departures are required preferably on
Saturday/Saturday, Sunday/Sunday or for minimum 5 nights.

In the remaining months, the minimum stay required is 4 nights.

METHOD OF PAYMENT/CANCELLATION:
Prices are per cottage, per night and include electricity, water consumption and VAT.
At the time of booking, it will be necessary to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay, followed by the balance no later than 30 days before the date of arrival at the property.
For reservations made within 30 days prior to departure, the customer is required to pay the full amount of the stay at the time of booking confirmation.
The booking confirmation and/or payment of the deposit/balance mark the conclusion of the booking contract, making it binding. The client has the option to take out a personal insurance policy to cover any potential penalties.ERGO Travel Insurance.
DEPOSIT: as a guarantee for any damage, upon your arrival a security deposit of € 500 will be required for each cottage, refundable at the end of your stay after having checked the status of the cottage.
The villa must be returned free of any type of waste; otherwise, 50% of the security deposit will be withheld.
You can also pay the deposit by bank transfer.
FINAL CLEANING: compulsory final cleaning € 150
TOURIST TAX: is charged to the customer the tourist tax of € 2 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children up to 12 years old are exempt from payment.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Bank transfer, credit card as well as cash payments (up to the maximum limit allowed by law)

ARRIVAL: check-in from 15.00
DEPARTURE: check-out before 10.00 am
Costs and availability for early check-in or late check-out requests, can be confirmed only 48 hours before arrival/departure depending on the availability of the cottage.
SEPARATE COLLECTION: the customer is responsible for the separate collection of waste and its proper disposal following the collection table.
Alternatively, you can take advantage of the Eco-pitch located in Via Livorno in Cannigione (Contacts and hours on the collection schedule).
The cottage must be returned free of any type of refusal; otherwise, 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
LINEN AND TOWELS: each villa is equipped with bed linen and towels, included in the first week of stay. Any changes for subsequent days/weeks must be agreed with the agency staff on site. For each additional linen request, an extra cost is applied according to the following price list:
-A complete double set including: bed sheets, 2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 2 bidet towels and 1 bath mat - € 35
-A complete single set including: bed sheets, 1 bath towel, 1 face towel and 1 bidet towel - € 25
The sets are complete with both bed linen and towels and cannot be separated.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
TABLEWARE: the pots and dishes provided are proportionate to the maximum number of people that the unit can accommodate.
PETS: pets are not allowed, even if small.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the cottages.
